I’m Amrita Kataria, LPCC, and I provide culturally responsive, growth-oriented supervision for pre-licensed clinicians who want structured support, strong clinical development, and mentorship rooted in ethics, confidence, and identity.

  • If formal clinical supervision is not the appropriate fit, I also offer mentoring for clinicians and helping professionals who are seeking guidance, support, and professional development outside of a supervisory relationship. Mentoring focuses on career direction, case reflection, burnout prevention, confidence-building, boundary-setting, and navigating the emotional and professional challenges of this field, without the clinical oversight or responsibility of supervision. This option is ideal for those who want structured support and growth without the formal requirements of supervision.

Clinical Support Package

  • 2 hours of individual supervision per month

  • Case consultation & treatment planning

  • Ethical and professional development support

  • Asynchronous clinical support: up to 2 brief emails/week, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (responses within 1–2 business days)

This package works best for new associates.
